Confidence. When you practice with the correct spirit, you will have the confidence to perform with the grace and beauty you are capable of while enjoying what you are doing. She is talking about you impressing your audience without appearing nervous or scared.
Think of any great speakers you have heard in the past. Do they speak with passion and draw you into their cause, or do they look uncomfortable and stumble over the speech on the podium in front of them?

It is your confidence level that makes you relax and enjoy your performance. You are free to enjoy your music and really "jam".
As opposed to the worry and physical exertion that combines with forced concentration. You do not enjoy the performance and loose heart, thus the desire to practice declines and it becomes a sad declining spiral until you stop performing altogether.
Practicing is comparable to Building a relationship with the musical instrument. Performing is comparable to bringing out the Best of your partnership in front of others.
Why are you still reading here? Get going, get to know your partner better that will help you become financially free....

Well...musicians perform...so...practicing is what makes the performance. No practice....poor performance. Lots of practice....good performance.
