You can probably become MORE of a success in life without a girlfriend. Women can be very distracting (ladies, I mean that as a compliment). If you are prepared to go through life without female companionship, you can focus more effectively on becoming a success. Having women around is not essential to success.
The same principle applies to women without boyfriends.

Absolutely NOT!! Men will come and go in your life, but girlfriends will be there for you and with you always. They are your life-line to reality. When you are up they will laugh with you, when you are down they will cry with you and bring you ice cream and cookies. Even when you stand them up to go out with your new boyfriend they will forgive you. Don't ever think that you can make it in the world without your girlfriends because they are the ones that make your world bright.

um, to the first person that answered, dude, its a freakin guy. Hes asking if he can succeed in life without any romantic relationships with girls...& of course u can. If you can deal without any romance then do what you need to do. Independence is great.
