It sounds to me like there is a person that will be making some sort of decision, or will take some action that will lead to something affecting the other person in a very important way.

It's a bit jumbled, or there is something missing.



Maybe:

There is a decision he will be making soon that will affect

your life in a rather significant way.



That's just a guess but it makes more sense.
