The quote says something like "Success is not measured by the accumulation of wealth, but the maturity of the human soul." I can't find it on Google or Yahoo. Does anybody remember the quote, or who said it?

Your quote sounds familiar but the only quotes I recall are below:
Quotes found by Booker T Washington -
Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life... as by the obstacles which he has overcome while trying to succeed.
Quotes found by Orison Swett Marden
Success is not measured by what you accomplish, but by the opposition you have encountered, and the courage with which you have maintained the struggle against overwhelming odds

Peter F. Drucker:
There is nothing so useless as doing efficiently that which should not be done at all.
Abraham Lincoln:
Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any other one thing.
Albert Einstein:
The ideals which have lighted me on my way and time after time given me new courage to face life cheerfully, have been Truth, Goodness, and Beauty. . . . The ordinary objects of human endeavour -- property, outward success, luxury -- have always seemed to me contemptible.
Albert Einstein:
Try not to become a man of success but rather try to become a man of value.
Albert Schweitzer:
Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.
